Horrible! Unprofessional! My child had an appointment at 11:30 am today, we got there at 11:15 am for check in (I work in healthcare and know to arrive early for registration). The location was open, we went inside. The place was a ghost town! No receptionist, no dental hygienist, no dentist. It literally was just my family. Everything was open, lights were on, even the computers were on etc but no one was there. We waited in case they were in the back with a patient. We waited and waited until it hit 12pm because still no one on sight. Why offer appointments when obviously no one wants to work. I even received an appointment reminder this morning stating the date, appt time and they can’t wait to see the smiles… from where the security cameras because that is the only way you will see them because no one was there. I have appointments booked for my other children that I will be canceling. Next time if you want to abandon an appointment, send me a text. Scratch that, there will not be another chance to waste anymore of my time.

My experience here was okay. I was a new patient who was referred to this office. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the office experienced a power outage/system issue during my appointment, so I wasn’t able to receive my services. I completely understand that situations like that are beyond anyone’s control. My reason for giving 3 stars is because of the communication afterward. I left feeling like the receptionist wasn’t very confident about the next steps, and it’s now been over a week without a call to reschedule my appointment. Better communication and follow-up would have made a big difference in my experience. I hope this is something the office can improve because the staff was friendly, and I’d still be willing to give them another chance.

They are amazing! My son underwent a procedure and needed anesthesia, and their team was so knowledgeable and informative! They made sure we had zero questions and were comfortable with the work he needed done. They set the whole pre-op approval up for me, the calls, the scheduling. As a plus they are the best dentist I’ve ever been to that deals with children! I will never bring my child anywhere else but here!

The whole staff is amazing. Office is Very child- friendly, nice comfortable atmosphere. The receptionist was a sweetheart, she went above and beyond to help me with checking my grandson in.

We had originally made our new patient appointment at 10am with our 19 month old. It was 10:50 and we had yet to be called back and we were told they didn’t know how much longer it would be, we will just have to wait. Our son was not going to last much longer, so we rescheduled for the following week at 8am. Much to their dismay. Yes it was a very cold day, but no texts or emails stating they were closed. We pulled in at 7:50 and no one at the building. So we waited thinking maybe they were running late. 8:05 we gave up. We received a text at 8:15 staring that the office was closed that day. Totally unprofessional between the two visits being new patients and being treated like that, we will never go back again. Not how you treat people.
